Short form review: Consistent with the rest of the series, which is to say, completely undistinguished and lacking entirely in any discernible individuality.

I will say, though, that it has been instructive in one regard. I no longer hold "decompressed storytelling" in quite the same light I once did. 1602 #3 is a perfect example of how a comic can have quite a lot going on and *still* not advance a damn thing.
