Why not use the WTO as an instrument of policy?
Resolved: The United States should ask the WTO to authorize sanctions against any country whose government engages in systematic, pervasive censorship.
I mean, if we're going to have a trade war with China anyway, we might as well look like we deserve the moral high ground.
