Hey, not nearly so many people are smoking tobacco these days. Those farmers are just switching cash crops, I reckon.

We're still winning. And it's legal out here, more or less. I don't think it's legal to grow it, though.
Yeah, but you're only winning by population and area. I imagine we've got per capita #1 nailed.
