IMC: Patternwalks

posted by Ginger at 03:08 PM, August 19, 2003 | Filed under : IMC | Comments and Followups

Arref brings us a question about Patternwalks: Do they get easier?

None of the PCs can conclusively answer the question.

With one possible exception, none of the PCs has walked the Pattern in the game. The only person who is known to have walked the Pattern at all since the war is Merlin, who had an interesting experience. But he hasn’t walked it again.

We anticipate our first in-game Patternwalk Real Soon Now, but that won’t answer the difficulty question. I suspect it will be a long time before anyone answers that question by walking the Patter more than once.

The one possible exception being Robin? Ms. Reliable Information Source, herself? :)
