Musical Interlude

One of the fun things about being a PBEM GM is that you can indulge some of your literary pretensions while writing posts. I’ve always wanted to convey the passage of time as characters moved through shadow with music, and so I wrote the long post for Martin and Folly’s travel to San Lucien that way.

The quotes come from the playlist in the extended entry. All of the songs are in some way relevant to Martin and his moods, although the exact significance of any of them is left as an exercise for the Folly.
