Bleys and the Land of Peace

The Land of Peace is one of the shadows where Bleys recruited his men for his sea assault on Amber.

Jerod to Solange (Feb 2002):

Now Bleys…I can see this place being good for him. … Good place for building up forces. Eager population. Certainly close enough to Amber norm that he could use them if he needed to. And wealth and technology for equipping an army.
