Brij Mayhap (Isabelle Adjani)
Folly's mother, a retired gymnast, was a thorn in her side, if a well-loved one, for all of her years in Texorami. Brij had always known she was someone special, and the discovery that Julian was her grandfather only confirmed that self-knowledge. Brij resides in Xanadu now with her daughter and occasionally her granddaughter, and keeps an eye on her old friend Uwe and her new friend Bleys.
I remember how lost and scared I was the first time I was dragged into another shadow.
-- Brij
Coral (Eartha Kitt)
Delta's grandmother had been a wanderer long before Delta was born, but she stayed with her family in the Pearl Islands long enough to tell her granddaughter the tales of the fabled underwater city of Rebma, where fish swim in the streets and people breathe in water. Since her most recent return from Rebma, Coral has been strangely withdrawn. The cause of her apparent illness is unknown.
Celina has only recently taken the throne. Her mother did not give it up willingly, and is suspected to be plotting an attempted reacquisition of power. Your grandmother might have been involved in that in some fashion.
My grandmother the revolutionary? Doubt it. If so, she knows she lost, given how ...grey, she's been.

Myrina (Gwendoline Christie)
Myrina arrived in Pontus a refugee, heavily pregnant with her daughter Penthelisea. Queen Thalestris granted her the right to remain, and she did, for almost twenty years, before the unknown past she had fled from caught up with her. Her present location is unknown, as is her history before her arrival in Pontus.
I don't think she ever expected to be a mother, but once she accepted the responsibility, she grew to love me. Every great achievement that ever bloomed from me was at least in part seeded by her. I tell you true, I miss her counsel. She was direct, often painfully honest, but brilliant. No wasted words. She disappeared some sixteen years now. We have no idea what happened to her.

Now she works alongside her son and his father in the service of Xanadu, opposing the Klybesians and working to undermine them.
You stole a rutter from them.

Victor (Bruce Campbell)
Originally from the Seaward, Victorious and his sister Scarlett fled after their mother found herself on the wrong side of Rebman royal investigators as part of the Libertist scandal. Victor took up the profession of demon-hunting in the vicinity of Amber. His adventures in Shadow brought him to the attention of Robin, and they were close for a time before settling into their current friendship. Ultimately he was reunited with his sister and ket her older child, Raven.
Wow, Robin thinks to herself, and he was just telling me how no good with words he is. If Vic's 'no good' with words than I've got a LOT to learn.
-- Robin, watching Victor talk to Jerod.
