In the current Previews, for December-shipping comics, the cover of Flash #217 is partially redacted, in order to "avoid" "spoiling" the end of Identity Crisis.
The part of the cover that remains visible is clearly a group of mourners; the part that is redacted is, presumably, the mourned. The crowd is primarily the extended Flash cast, focusing on the Rogues' Gallery.
The problem is, just seeing that much and knowing who's shown up in Identity Crisis is enough to clearly identify the victim.
Spoilers below.
Look at all the Rogues: You can see lots of them. More than one is missing, like Grodd (but he never hung out with the other Rogues anyway). There's only one missing Rogue who stands out.
And that's the Rogue getting prominent play in Identity Crisis, including the introduction of a ready-to-wear successor, his son.
The victim is Captain Boomerang, who is probably also therefore instrumental in Identity Crisis if not the actual master villain
As usual, don't read Previews if you don't want to be spoiled.
