Various posters and commenters here have expressed opinions on Brian Michael Bendis' run on Daredevil. Here, Salon's graphic novel columnist Douglas Wolk gives a big wet sloppy one to Bendis and Alex Maleev's run on Daredevil.
I personally don't have an opinion save what I've heard from you folks, though I particularly remember the excoriation of the story where Ben Urich spends the entire issue explaining the backstory to a mysterious woman who turns out several issues later (when you've forgotten) to be Daredevil's girlfriend, who knows the backstory far better than Urich.
Plus I've read a lot of BMB's writing, so I definitely read any praise of his actual storytelling craft with negativity.
