We're already two weeks into 2008, so I'd say it's high time for the first Curmudgeons Con of the season. How about this Saturday (January 19) at 1:00 at our usual hangout, Manny's in Chicago's South Loop? Chris Maka has threatened in the past to fly in from Houston to join us, and Jason Fliegel swears that Stan Lee's going show up one of these times. Will this be the week the magic happens? Come by and find out. Everybody's welcome. It's just like a Howling Curmudgeons comment thread, but with real people, knishes, and matzo ball soup!
