Why, yes it is! If you're on the East Coast, you can check out New York Comic Con, with guys like Neil Gaiman and Stan Lee. Or, if you're looking for counterprogramming, you can join us for this month's Curmudgeons Con. We don't have the guest stars (or do we?--NYCC's hyping Stan for Friday, which doesn't mean he won't be in Chicago on Saturday) but we do have great sandwiches and matzo ball soup. We don't have Girls Who Kick Ass, but you can bet we'll talk about them. Another thing we have that NYCC doesn't is Mike Chary's promise to wear bells.
