Marlins win World Series

America responds by scratching self, continuing to watch football.

You'd think I'd be more alert on the monday after Daylight Payment Day. "Mallards Win World Series" doesn't make much sense.

At least the Yankees didn't win.

And now we can get back to new episodes of regular television program. It was driving my wife crazy that some of the networks were showing reruns during the world series, because she didn't give a rats ass about it.

Bring on the Simpsons and 24!
