"And I'm gonna be...high...as a kite by then."

Relax, this post isn't about Shatner doing "Rocket Man," it's merely to inform you that my review of Sky High is up at Film Threat. Check it out here.

Your review, plus the reviews at Rotten Tomatoes are all good, to my everlasting surprise. (Although the Chron guy hated it.)

Now I'm sure I'm going to see it.

Er, "mostly" good.

Now I'm sure I'm going to see it.

I don't need that on my conscience.

Taking my son to see this as soon as I get off of work tonight. I was sold after I saw the 10 minute clip with Brice Campbell sellecting kids for Hero or Sidekick classes...

Glad to see that you like it, Pete. This one just came out of nowhere (which kind of reminds me of the first Spy Kids, come to think of it...)

I don't need that on my conscience.

You gave it four stars, bucko. You did it to your own conscience.

Really dug the review. I thought it was great to see Russell returning to his live-action Disney roots and now that I know Dave Foley AND Kevin McDonald are in it it's going on the list.

I would rock Lynda Carter's body until her jowls flapped.

That is all.

Pete's right on all counts, though I think the 80's soundtrack was a plus, if for no other reason that it wasn't Hilary Duff or whoever Disney's pimping this week.

The Spawn (age 4) was a little bored during the "high school drama" parts, though he liked the superhero stuff.
